Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Stinky Dinkers.

We are a new, player-built pickleball apparel brand and we currently fulfill orders in small batches.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days after the order is placed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. During launch events, tournaments, product drops, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and the delivery address.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or event-specific shipping discounts.

Delivery Timing

Once your order ships, delivery timing depends on the carrier and destination. You will receive tracking information when your order is on the way.

Please note that carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other issues outside of our control may affect delivery times.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Stinky Dinkers is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an address issue, we will contact you about reshipping options. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Stinky Dinkers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check with household members, neighbors, your building office, or the carrier first.

Local Pickup / Event Pickup

When available, local pickup or event pickup options may be offered at checkout or during specific Stinky Dinkers events. Pickup availability may vary by product, event, and location.
