Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Stinky Dinkers.

We want you to love your gear. If something is not right, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unworn
  • unused
  • unwashed
  • in the same condition you received it
  • with original tags attached, if applicable
  • in its original packaging, if applicable
  • accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • your name
  • order number
  • item you want to return
  • reason for the return
  • photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items sent to us without prior return approval may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for where to send the item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our mistake.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Stinky Dinkers is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at info@stinkydinkers.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Please include photos of the item and packaging when possible.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability.

If you need a different size, color, or item, contact us at info@stinkydinkers.com. If the item you want is available, we will do our best to help with an exchange.

For the fastest replacement, you may place a new order and return the original item once your return is approved.

Event and Booth Purchases

Purchases made at events, tournaments, pop-ups, or booth sales may be eligible for exchange or store credit only, subject to availability.

Event pricing is special launch or promotional pricing and may not be available online or after the event.

Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • items marked Final Sale
  • gift cards
  • custom, personalized, or team-order items
  • worn, washed, used, damaged, or altered items
  • items returned without prior approval

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
